What to Expect

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to feel prepared for your Stillwater Symphony® experience.

Can I bring a water bottle?

Yes. Please bring your own water bottle. Glass containers are not permitted. Please arrive with your bottle filled, as staff are unable to fill water bottles during the experience.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for a warm pool environment. Please avoid clothing with back zippers or sharp details that could damage the floating mattress.

Will I get wet?

Guests remain on a floating mattress above the water. While the experience is designed to keep you comfortable and dry, minor contact with the water may occur.

Do I need to know how to swim?

You will be floating on a mattress rather than swimming. If you have concerns about being in or around water, please contact Stillwater Symphony® before reserving your experience.

What ages may participate?

Stillwater Symphony® experiences are available to guests 14 years of age and older. Guests ages 14–17 must be accompanied by a participating adult for the duration of the experience. Guests under the age of 14 are not permitted to participate.

Can I bring my phone?

Please silence and store phones and other devices before entering the experience. Photography and video are permitted during the sound journey as long as there is no flash.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time. Guided entry begins approximately 15 minutes later, and entry closes 30 minutes after your scheduled reservation time. Once entry closes, staff are unavailable to admit late arrivals.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

Yes. Reservations may be self-rescheduled up to 24 hours before your experience using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Changes, transfers, and rescheduling are not available within 24 hours of the reservation.

What happens if Stillwater Symphony® cancels an experience?

If Stillwater Symphony® cancels an experience, your reservation will be credited toward a future Floating Sound Journey.
