Welcome to Stillwater Symphony®. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Stillwater Symphony® website, reservations, purchases, events, experiences, merchandise, gift certificates, and related services.

By accessing this website, making a reservation or purchase, or participating in a Stillwater Symphony® experience, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies, waivers, or agreements applicable to your reservation or participation.

Experiences & Services

Stillwater Symphony® provides immersive live sound experiences, including Floating Sound Journeys, On-Land Lounge experiences, private events, partnerships, and other special experiences.

Experiences may include live sound, floating or water-based activities, relaxation practices, and related wellness activities.

Stillwater Symphony® experiences are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or health condition or to replace professional medical advice or care.

Participant Eligibility & Age Requirements

Guests ages 14–17 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Guests ages 13 and under are not permitted to attend or participate.

Additional participation requirements may apply to particular experiences, venues, or special events. Guests are responsible for reviewing the requirements applicable to their reservation before attending.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and reservation information and for reviewing the date, time, location, and other details contained in their reservation confirmation.

Guests should allow approximately two hours for the complete Stillwater Symphony® experience, including check-in, the live sound experience, transition, and departure. Actual timing may vary by event or venue.

Reservation Changes, Refunds & No-Shows

All reservations are final and non-refundable.

Guests may reschedule an eligible reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time using the rescheduling link provided in the confirmation email.

Within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time:

  • Reservations cannot be changed or rescheduled through the standard reservation process.
  • Refunds are not provided.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

In the event of a documented emergency, a guest may submit a request to Stillwater Symphony® for consideration. Any exception is made solely at the discretion of Stillwater Symphony® and may be offered as a one-time courtesy. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

If Stillwater Symphony® cancels an experience, affected guests may be offered a credit toward a future experience or another remedy determined appropriate under the circumstances.

Arrival & Late Entry

Guests are responsible for arriving at the time stated in their reservation confirmation and following the arrival instructions provided for the applicable venue.

Entry procedures and timing may vary by location.

For experiences where guided entry or secured pool access is required, doors may be locked after the designated entry period. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to arrive in time for permitted entry may be treated as a missed reservation and may not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Health & Safety

Participation in Stillwater Symphony® experiences is voluntary.

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically and personally able to participate safely. Guests with health concerns, physical limitations, pregnancy-related concerns, or other conditions that could affect participation should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating when necessary.

Sound, movement, floating, pool environments, water-based activities, and other aspects of an experience may involve inherent risks.

Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Stillwater Symphony® staff, venue personnel, and applicable participation agreements.

Waivers & Participant Agreements

Guests may be required to complete a waiver, release, participant agreement, acknowledgment, or other required documentation before participating.

Failure to complete required documentation may result in the guest being unable to participate.

Any waiver or participant agreement applicable to an experience is incorporated into and operates in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Guests are expected to follow event etiquette, venue requirements, staff instructions, and safety procedures.
