Need to Make a Change to Your Reservation?

Reservations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email to select a new available date.

You can also access your reservations through the Stillwater Symphony® scheduling page. Select Log In in the upper-right corner using the account associated with your reservation to view your upcoming and past appointments.

After the 24-hour deadline, reservations are final and cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your reservation to another guest. Please contact Stillwater Symphony® in advance to make arrangements.

A Note About Your Reservation

I truly understand that unexpected circumstances and hardships happen, and I have great compassion for anyone who finds themselves unable to attend at the last minute.

At the same time, each Stillwater Symphony® experience requires significant preparation. By the day of your float, our team is scheduled, equipment is being prepared and transported, and your space has been reserved specifically for you. At that point, we are often unable to fill an opening or adjust the staffing and preparation already underway.

This is why we send a reminder 48 hours before your experience, giving you time to reschedule before the 24-hour deadline. After that deadline, we kindly ask for your understanding as we honor the same reservation policy for all guests.

If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to gift or transfer your reservation to someone else.

Thank you for understanding and for allowing us to thoughtfully prepare the experience you’ve reserved.
