Stillwater Symphony
A woman comfortably, dressed and cozy for a floating sound journey

Whether you’re floating for the first time or returning for another round of ripple-induced bliss, these simple tips will help you deepen the experience.

Stillwater Symphony is more than a sound bath—it’s a full-body reset, a sanctuary for stress relief, and a gentle invitation to come home to yourself. Here are five ways to get the most out of your journey:

1. Arrive Early

Give yourself the gift of a slow start. Arriving 10–15 minutes early allows you to gently shift from the pace of everyday life into the peaceful rhythm of the space. When you rush, your nervous system stays in high gear. When you slow down, your body begins to unwind—sometimes before you even float.

2. Dress to Decompress

Comfort is key. Choose loose, breathable, cozy clothing—think yoga pants, soft layers, or loungewear. Only your feet will touch the water while standing on the first pool step, and we’ll dry them off and help you into warm socks if you bring a pair (yes, we’ll put them on and take them off for you). We also provide pillows, blankets, blackout eye masks, and optional aromatherapy spray—so you can relax deeply, fully, and effortlessly.

3. Hydrate

Floating and sound healing gently stimulate your nervous and lymphatic systems. To support this process, drink plenty of water before and after your session. Hydration helps flush out toxins, enhances clarity, and keeps your body balanced. Bring a water bottle and sip slowly throughout the evening. Hydration = integration.

4. Let Go of Expectations

Every float is different. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, inspired—or simply sleepy. All responses are valid and welcome. Try to let go of any pressure to feel a certain way. Your body is absorbing healing frequencies and doing what it needs in that moment. Trust the process. Float. Listen. Receive.

5. Keep the Vibe Going

Don’t rush back to the noise of the world. Instead, plan for a quiet evening to allow your experience to fully integrate. Journal, sip herbal tea, soak in a warm bath, or simply lie down and rest. Let the calm stay with you—it’s still working long after you’ve left the water.

Bonus Tip:
Book your next float while you’re still glowing from this one. Your future self will thank you.

Stillwater Symphony isn’t just a session—it’s a nervous system tune-up, a return to self, and a moment of stillness in a fast-moving world.
