Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Floating Sound Journey Experience

Please read this waiver carefully before participating in a Stillwater Symphony® Floating Sound Journey. By checking the required acknowledgment box during the booking process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined below.

About the Experience

Stillwater Symphony® offers immersive floating sound journeys designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Experiences may be held at private, corporate, hotel, or hosted venues and may include:

• Floating on an air mattress in a heated pool or resting on a cushioned surface during land-based experiences

• Live sound therapy using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments

• Optional aromatherapy or natural scent elements

• Guided meditation, breathwork, and a calming sensory environment

These experiences are intended to promote deep relaxation and personal well-being. Because every individual responds differently, emotional, physical, or energetic responses may occur.

Health & Safety

By participating, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in this experience.

You understand and agree that:

• Participation is entirely voluntary.

• The experience may involve floating in water, low lighting, ambient music, guided meditation, and extended periods of relaxation.

• You are responsible for informing Stillwater Symphony® staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensory sensitivities, mobility concerns, or other conditions that could affect your participation.

• You will immediately notify a team member if you experience discomfort or require assistance during the experience.

• If you are pregnant or have any medical condition—including, but not limited to, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, anxiety disorders, respiratory conditions, or sensory processing concerns—you are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before participating.

• You acknowledge that you are capable of participating safely and prudently and accept responsibility for your own safety throughout the experience.

• You agree to follow all instructions provided by Stillwater Symphony®, venue staff, and any posted facility rules.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, or falls in or around the pool area

• Risks associated with entering, exiting, or floating in water

• Physical discomfort, fatigue, or muscle strain

• Emotional responses or unexpected emotional release during meditation or sound therapy

• Sensitivity or allergic reactions to essential oils, scents, lighting, or sound

• Risks associated with participating in any wellness activity

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this experience and accept full responsibility for my participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Stillwater Symphony®, Crave Yoga LLC, Tabatha Whitney, all facilitators, assistants, contractors, venue owners, venue staff, sponsors, partners, affiliated organizations, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, expenses, costs, personal injury, illness, emotional injury, property damage, or causes of action arising out of or relating to my participation in the experience, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This waiver is intended to be a complete release of liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur while participating in a Stillwater Symphony® experience or while using the designated event facilities.

Participant Conduct

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, you agree to follow all event instructions and venue policies.

Stillwater Symphony® and the host venue reserve the right to deny or discontinue participation if a participant behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate manner or refuses to follow safety instructions.

Participants are only permitted to access the areas designated for the Stillwater Symphony® experience and must comply with all applicable venue policies.

Participant Assistance

For your comfort and safety, trained team members may offer verbal guidance or gentle physical assistance when appropriate and only with your consent.

Photography & Video

Stillwater Symphony® may occasionally photograph or record portions of the experience for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.

During the booking process or at the event, you will have the opportunity to grant or decline permission for photographs or video that may include your likeness.

If you decline, every reasonable effort will be made to respect your request.

Agreement

By checking the acknowledgment box during the booking process, you confirm that:

• You have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability.

• You fully understand its contents.

• You understand that by agreeing to this waiver, you are releasing certain legal rights, including the right to bring certain legal claims against the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• You voluntarily agree to participate in the Stillwater Symphony® experience under the conditions described above.

• You understand that this agreement is binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, guardians, and assigns to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unless superseded by a newer version of this waiver, this acknowledgment may apply to future participation in Stillwater Symphony® experiences where permitted by applicable law.

If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete this acknowledgment and consent on your behalf.
