Stillwater Symphony® Experience
At Stillwater Symphony®, every team member helps create an unforgettable guest experience. While each person has a primary responsibility, we work together from the moment the trailer is unloaded until the last piece of equipment is packed away. Every role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and important.
Live Sound Musician
Perform crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments while creating a peaceful atmosphere. Two musicians are positioned at opposite ends of the pool. Musicians take turns walking around the pool playing additional instruments before returning to their station.
This role also helps with unloading, setup, rugs, air mattresses, guest entry and exit, safety, cleanup and trailer loading.
Pool Deck Support
Prepare the pool deck and guest areas before the event. This includes drying floors, setting up rugs, moving furniture, preparing guest tables with essential oils, stickers and earplugs, setting up instruments for the in-water team, preparing a larger instrument table for the musician walking around the pool, arranging floor beds for guests outside the pool, helping with check-in, assisting guests entering and exiting the pool, responding to emergencies, and helping with teardown.
In-Water Guest Support
Help guests safely enter and exit the pool, guide them onto air mattresses, gently reposition floats throughout the experience, watch for raised hands or guests needing assistance, help keep everyone safe, and play gentle percussion instruments around the pool. Before changing into wetsuits, this role helps set up tables with blankets, pillows and eye masks, prepares easels and posters, and assists with general setup, cleanup and trailer loading.
Production & Equipment Specialist
Manage audio equipment, oversee air mattress inflation and organization, maintain equipment throughout the event, assist with merchandise, support guest safety, and help ensure each event runs smoothly from setup through teardown.
Laundry Support
Pick up blankets and eye masks from Tabatha’s home, take them to the laundromat, wash and dry them, fold everything neatly, and return them organized and ready for the next Stillwater Symphony® event. This role helps keep the guest experience clean, polished and professional.

Kind, dependable, professional team members who enjoy helping others, are comfortable around water, can lift equipment, remain calm under pressure, and love working together to create meaningful guest experiences. Training is provided.
Responsibilities Shared by Every Team Member
Unload and reload the trailer; transport equipment to and from the venue; set up rugs, furniture, signage, easels and decor; prepare guest tables with blankets, pillows, eye masks, earplugs, stickers and essential oils; arrange
instruments; assist with air mattresses; dry pool decks; welcome guests; assist guests entering and exiting the pool; help maintain guest safety; reset the venue; and carefully pack equipment after each event.
